Race one down and our account has been opened, we manage a third in the YAH and a first in IRC :-)
Out of six possible position in YAH and IRC the Mandurah boats took out five of them!
Had a few wicked rain squalls go though the fleet, seen 28 knots on our wind indicator then it disappeared due to the increased pressure and horizontal rain :-P
At one time we thought about shaking the reef out of the main but another squall came though and shot that idea in the foot...lol
Nevertheless spinnakers went up and down as normal due to some awesome bow work ;-) and before you knew it we were back at the bar.
An interesting mistake was made by the FSC as they forgot a race in the Sailing calendar, namely the 7th June 2008 this was made aware to us during the presentations.
This oversight is a bugger as we wanted to get some work done on the yacht and will be pulling her out of the water this week, due to this extra race we may only be able to get her polished and re-sprayed with some minor works done.
Have made some amendments to the sailing matrix to incorporate this additional race with other changes and need you guys to confirm if you can sail or not.
