We came, we conquered, and we pillaged the trophy cabinet. Today we received the rewards of racing in the winter series. We won the IRC and consistency trophies for Division 1 and then to our surprise we were also presented with the cup to the most outstanding yacht in the winter racing program on consistency across all divisions and classes of yachts. Well that raps up the winter racing program. ................meanwhile behind the scenes scheming is underway about the next race program....

Well the forecasts were a little out yesterday (expect big A he was the closest) but at least it went in the right direction more pressure instead of less.
We had winds between 12 and 17 knots on the course and boat speed upwards of 11 knots, if Southern Star had Torpedo Tubes they would have been red hot as I am sure they were frustrated as hell trying to work out what to do.
FSC ran the same course as last week so we just had to remember to do that extra leg I intentionally left of my drawing for course 6, one of those testing things to ensure all were on the ball and guess what, you were!

Well the end of a series and it looks like we came out on top again. Well done crew, now for some serious racing with the Siska trophy series due to start soon.
